EVERBUILD® BLACK JACK® 908 D.P.M. is a rubber enriched bitumen emulsion which provides a highly effective sandwich damp proof membrane for floors. Also acts as a waterproofer for walls, above ground structures and foundations. DPM is also suitable as an adhesive for wood block and mosaic panels, insulation boards, expanded polystyrene, cork and as a plaster bonding agent, even on difficult surfaces.

Everbuild Black Jack Bitumen & Flashing Primer 1l serves as a slender black primer designed to provide a foundational key before the application of bitumen paints, roof coatings, and flashings. It is compatible with all bituminous surface coatings, including concrete roofs, floors, cementitious screeds/renders, bitumen felt, and weathered corrugated iron or steel. This primer is versatile and can also effectively cover asphalt, mastic, and wood surfaces.

EVERBUILD® Fire Mate® is a four hour rated, one part, emulsion acrylic based, intumescent Acoustic sealant that gives a firm yet flexible seal to joints in a variety of fire rated structures. The product, in suitably designed joints, will resist the passage of fire for up to 4 hours. The selected fillers used in this formulation also make it suitable for use as an acoustic sealant.
