Adjustable ventilator to provide ventilation beneath suspended ground floors up to 5 brick courses. With incorporated grille to prevent vermin entry.
The vertical height of the ventilator unit adjusts to suit between 3 and 5 brick courses (225mm-375mm) with a minimum cavity width of 50mm.
We have an extensive range of easy-to-fit horizontal and vertical extension accessories, that do not restrict airflow, to adapt the unit for various applications.

Timloc 1204 Telescopic Underfloor Vent Extension Sleeve:Easy-to-fit vertical extension accessories designed for use with the 1201 and 1201XL Telescopic Underfloor Ventilators. Multiple units can be used to achieve greater depths and heights.

Fits between the upper and lower parts of the telescopic underfloor ventilator to accommodate a vertical step of 6 to 7 brick courses.

Timloc 1207W 9x3 Plastic Internal Louvre Grille Vent White:Plastic internal grille and louvre vents designed to cover the inner opening of a cavity sleeve and provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance while sustaining airflow and reducing drafts. Suited for use with the Timloc cavity tray system, over external lintels and on external masonry walls. Invisiweep has numerous patent-pending innovative features, including a venturi effect outlet tube that reduces water pressure, allowing for optimal drainage.
Invisiweep satisfies all NHBC requirements and meets British standards: BS5250, BS5628 and BS8215.
The 500mm Invisiweep extension provides the ideal solution for render and wide walls and can be easily cut to size on site.
