    Ordering for collection or delivery has never been easier! Here are a couple of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to put you in the right direction when using our services.

     

    Collection

    How long after placing an order can I collect?

    You will receive a phone call or email when your order is ready for collection. 

    Orders normally available to collect within the hour. Saturday collections - Please call your selected pickup branch before collection to confirm if your order is ready.

     

    What payment methods are accepted?

    If you are a credit account customer you can use your account to place the order. All cash customers are required to provide a payment option at checkout.

     

    How do I collect ?

    Bring your order number to our trade counters.

     

    Delivery

    How much will I need to pay for Delivery?

    We offer a free local delivery service for orders over £100 inc VAT. For all orders under £100 inc VAT a £18.00 inc VAT fuel surcharge will be applied at the checkout. 

    Which days do you deliver?

    We deliver from Monday to Friday. Please note that we don't offer weekend deliveries.

    What postcodes do you deliver to?

    We deliver to a range of postcodes around King's Lynn, here is all the postcodes we offer a delivery service to:

    Please note we endeavour to deliver your goods to the nearest point of access and this is down to the drivers discretion. We operate a crane offload service, please ensure there is sufficent access for this vehicle.

    Can you deliver outside of your standard postcode?

    We can facilitate deliveries outside of our standard postcode, however these are priced on application, if you would like more information, then please

    Returns

    How to arrange a collection or to return goods?

    To arrange a collection or to return goods you have purchased through our website, please email us with your request using the Contact Us page. Please include your order number for reference and a brief description of the goods you wish to return.

    Any goods that we are collecting must be in a place that is easily accessible for our delivery vehicles to get to and load. Once goods have been returned to our depot, they will be inspected and refund raised as necessary, this will be processed via original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for this to process.

     

    A re-stocking charge of 20% will apply to goods that we collect, goods that are returned to our branches in person may be subject to a re-stocking charge which is to be decided at our discretion. 

     

    What goods do you not accept back?

    Please see guidelines below for goods that we can’t accept back:

    • Any goods that have perished or been exposed to weathering
    • Goods that are past their sell by date
    • Any goods that have been modified, cut or customised for purchase
    • Goods that are not in a sellable condition

     

    Lifetime Returns Policy
    At Pattrick & Thompsons, we offer a lifetime returns window on eligible items. Products must be:

    • In resalable condition (unused and undamaged)

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

    • Not part of discontinued or clearance ranges

    Please note: Items marked as discontinued, end-of-line, or special-order are excluded from our lifetime returns policy.
